20 March morning, I have made an appointment & the medical practitioner was CHAN Pui Ki at 19:20. I arrived on time and the 'nurses' informed me prior to myself, there were 7 persons, so I was the 8th patient after my registration. During the waiting period, there was one patient (an old man) quit with reason waiting for too long. I wait until 20:45, still waiting at the reception area. I asked, if Dr Chan still in the consulation, the nurse replied, yes and added that sometime longer then. In the clinic, all the patients are in queue. My query, is about her time management. I have no comments about her time spending on each patient, but if she could not conduct the consultant on/close to time, she is required to lesser the appointment. Waiting is usual but far beyond booking time is a matter, she is waiting patient's time. Or, she thought there is no further patient, she can waste the patient's time and made herself keep in work? By average 15 minutes for a patient, for these consultant, most are caused by cold, flu, cough, not a series, so use 15 minutes or above is judgable? Patients only want to received treatment, take medicines and back for rest immediately instead of a long waiting time. Then, the booking system is not functioned. I visit many of yours practitioners in this clinic and they are very attention to detail, efficient. Lastly, I left at/around 20:50 without consultation.

However, from my own experience, except those prior to me were in serious or required special treatment such as acupuncture that I may need to wait for longer time, normally, I do not need to wait for consultation for more than half hour. When I need much detail consultation for discussion on my condition or medical check report, my CMPs or the clinic assistants would arranged me be the last appointment of the day, I deeply thanks for the arrangement, and apologize for the extension of their working hours. Many thanks for your comments. From my understanding, those comments, no matter in positive or negative, are valuable to the management for improving the service from time to time. I'm glad to see the clinic development giving contribution to our society that those in need can have much detail & professional consultation or medical treatment at lower & reasonable consultation fee. 『我要醫生,付款之際投訴良景盈柏診所的助護,特別是短髮那位姑娘,她對病人態度奇差,有一次看完醫生付款之際,她目露兇光,高聲講出你做過什麼的治療,付多少錢,完全不理病人的私隱。有一次,一位婆婆早來看診,也不准婆婆入內坐,讓老人家站在門外等,一點愛心也沒有,真不明白她為甚麼要做這份工作,無禮,無愛心,與診所的的愛心醫生完全天地之別,能也違背匡信為人服務精神,令人感到遺憾,真聘不到有愛心的人嗎?』

刪除我不是診所職員,也沒有錢收,反而是久不久比錢睇醫生既病人一個。
呢世界上真係乜人都有,經歷得多你就會知道。我只是得到佢地既醫治,對我幫助很多,有所感動而分享。要用錢衡量的叫交易,由心出發而分享係用錢買唔到的。呢個世界唔係樣樣都有錢大晒,就算好有好有錢,都唔一定好幸運咁遇到好醫師呢!醫德呢樣野亦唔係用錢就買得到。病人對醫師既信任,一樣用錢買唔到。面對疾病帶來既壓力及不安感,有無錢都一樣!只有病人先感受到!
我自己都有一份工,但沒有多餘錢幫佢地做宣傳,亦無意向佢地推銷自己寫既野搵外快。呢間診所唔係充滿銅臭既診所,佢地只默默為街坊服務,唔需要d乜野宣傳。如果個創辦人肯商業化d既話,間診所就唔係咁細既規模,收費都唔係普通居民負擔得起既價錢;創辦人有好多野都自己落手落腳去做,因為懂得慳,先唔會將一d開支轉介到病人身上。佢地搞笑到連唯一既官方facebook page都唔係成日有update,連厄like都唔識。如果有觀察下,就會見到呢間診所好多病人都係屋邨入面既老人家,大部份用既係醫療劵,有d病到好辛苦,無得用醫療劵就唔睇,收費貴佢地又睇唔起,呢班老人家都唔識上網睇資訊的。
寫所見所想唔需要用錢,寫左係度都唔一定會有人睇到,有緣才會見到,而且我所知既資訊都好有限。就好似當日我有緣遇到呢間診所其中其中一位醫師一樣,保得住份工,無變到殘廢,唔洗去自殺,避過一刧唔需要做手術一樣,緣份黎既。
並不是凡事都要有報酬才會做。做人亦唔需要樣樣野向錢看。整呢度既過程,我自己都無付出過錢,但都有所得著。有無睇新聞?近期捐肝那位姐姐不也是一樣無條件的付出嗎?佢仲可能要自己請假入醫院做手術捐肝比人,捐左仲要因為運作得唔好,要攞番出黎,外人點睇佢都係蝕,明蝕佢都做,但當中佢自己內心既得著只有佢自己先明。我都未做到佢咁可以捐部份肝比人咁偉大呢!有好多好多人去做義工都無錢收啦。每個人都有自己的故事,自己的思想,自己想做的事。我相信呢個世上總會有我呢類人,一點也不出奇。
一份感恩,一份感動,一份欣賞,一份分享,一份推介而已!~^_^~
突然記起以前一位老師經常掛在口邊的一句說話:放鬆d啦,香港人!

投訴姑娘安排看診等候名單不妥 且態度欠佳
回覆刪除本人父親當天預約了早上10點,應診人數較多 (約需等候8位),但有位女病人約了11點卻可以比本人父親更早看病,查問原因後姑娘態度欠佳,最後父親不知為何被安排是早上最後一位,老人家等了一整個早上,2點多才能看完醫生

睇到你既留言我都感到你的怒火。我都係好易燥底架,醫師成日要我調節心情,心情唔好就容易唔舒服。你都唔好咁嬲啦,提出左問題就交番比診所佢地處理啦。
突然想起功夫熊貓呢套卡通,隻熊貓用小水點練習心平氣和。不過講係咁講姐,心平氣和呢樣野我都唔係成日做到。
見到個姑娘俾醫師叫去幫個病人著鞋,鞋店sale都唔會幫客人著鞋啦講真!純粹覺得個姑娘好慘,似俾人蝦。佢掂完其他人隻腳,我真係唔想佢幫我敷藥,EWWWW……

刪除可唔可以話比我知,係邊間診所邊位姑娘呀?佢咁有愛心我想讚下佢喎。
事實上,醫師同姑娘確係無義務幫病友係檢查完或治療完之後著番鞋的。但我見過有醫師本人,又見過有姑娘,有協助果d行動不便又無陪診者在場既病友,係治療完之後著衫或著鞋,病友本身有唔好意思,醫師或姑娘一句唔緊要確係好窩心。
呢d唔關治療本身既事,佢地診所入面,確係有唔介意為病友做多一點點既醫師同姑娘,當然我親眼見過先咁講,我都唔會話全部都係。
至於衛生問題我又唔擔心,佢地係專業人士黎,診所啦,佢地自己啦,都對衛生呢樣野有嚴格要求。就你寫既情況,我相信個姑娘有洗手同消毒濟消毒雙手的。
換轉角色想一想,如果我咁不幸有不能靠自己著鞋既一日,治療完有醫師或姑娘幫一幫我,都實會好感動的。

刪除呢個問題真係好抱歉!事關我唔係診所職員,資料只係收集返黎既。我無可能緊貼update 到醫師資料,次次update 一次之後佢地又會有醫師調診所啦,明明張紙寫住放大假,但放完大假又無做啦,又好似江醫師咁放完個幾月大假又調左去大埔診所無人知既,我仲聽到有人問江醫師去左邊添。
我就覺得好似比人整估咁,今日搵到d資料,可能聽日又有新醫師加入,但呢間診所既admin 連換個時間表都慢吞吞。有d診所有醒目既姑娘先會update 得快d咁啦。
不過呢,佢地整估我唔到既,就因為我自己都要返工唔得閒無可能緊貼地update 到,就加番個update 時間上去啦,會盡量收集盡量update 架啦。
你地匡信/盈柏/尚然堂唔好買d藥貼翻黎扮跌打專科啦,呃鬼咩,你地根本唔識跌打!都同出面d跌打醫舘完全唔同,講自己骨傷專科!又自吹自讚,話自己公司醫師姑娘幾叻幾好,自己安個名比d醫師咩主治醫師/主任醫師/顧問醫師/專科醫師,香港政府承應你地d醫師既資歷咩,睇過甘多個醫師根本都差唔多。

刪除* 首先與你分享一下我既個人經驗。我本人都曾經在工作期間意外拗柴行唔到路報工傷,當時係匡信一位醫師醫番好我的,交番去公司既假紙都係醫師開比我的。記得當時我隻腳踝腫起一大舊,初初唔係幾痛,但好快,一個鐘都無,就越黎越痛。當時心想,呢d情況就算入急症室都唔會得到即時處理,等幾個鐘都可能只係會幫我照下x-ray同打止痛針食止痛藥,計過條數去匡信搵醫師幫我仲實際。當時醫師都建議我去照下x-ray比較安全,佢幫我檢查之後話我腳好腫。我同醫師講我驚去急症室要等好耐我驚隻腳會變跛,佢醫左我先再照,醫師開藥材比我煲藥浸腳,原來浸腳都要有技巧的,另外比藥膏我敷藥。醫囑唔好周圍行,要比時間隻腳康復同休息。期間無咁痛既時候我用行山丈輔助行去照左x-ray,d骨無事。浸藥+敷藥一星期後已經好得七七八八,我同醫師講我想去返工,醫師話可以返工,但因為未完全好晒,要量力而為,不能行太多。我照返工,轉做文職工作,即係坐多過行,再過兩星期都好番晒啦。費用唔貴的。
之後見過有d街坊朋友扭親手腳去 匡信/盈柏/尚然堂 搵其他醫師治療,原來有d係用唔同方法的,有用趺打酒,有敷藥,有浸藥,有d情況會好傳統手法治療,都見過有病友有扭到腳之後有水腫情況而不宜用手法治改用其他方法。即係話,因應唔同情況就唔會用唔同方法醫囉。
因為好奇都對趺打呢樣野有少少研究,現代既中醫師都受法例監管,佢地要攞左牌先可以行醫的;而趺打呢樣野都係中醫其中一門學問,近代好似將跌打歸入骨傷科,係中醫學要修讀既修讀既其中一個學科。所有全科醫師都識既,至於之後有無再繼續專修就另一樣野。
* 咁 匡信/盈柏/尚然堂 係中醫診所,入面駐診既中醫師都係全科註冊中醫師,骨傷趺打只係其中一個治療項目,當然同一般既趺打舖唔一樣啦。
* 我見過或聽過佢地d中醫師應診得黎都有繼續學習架好謙虛架喎,乜會有醫師姑娘自己讚自己咁自大架咩?邊間診所邊個醫師姑娘呀?講黎聽下丫!
* 我就無見過佢地有專科醫師呢個title啦,邊個係呀?至於主治醫師/主任醫師/顧問醫師果d,應該就唔係d醫師自己安個名比自己既,估計係佢地老細安排既。至於準則係咩我就唔知啦。好多私家診所,甚至政府診所,d醫生或中醫師都有title架啦,好普遍架喎,唔信咪出去出面d診所睇下。
* 再黎一個溫馨提示:匡信/盈柏/尚然堂 全體中醫師 都係根據 香港法例第549章《中醫藥條例》註冊 既 註冊中醫師,全部都受中醫藥條例監管的。我諗香港政府無乜理由會唔承認根據香港法例註冊既註冊中醫師既資歷咁搞笑掛。哈哈!
* 我就覺得每位註冊中醫師都唔一樣喇,個人感覺黎既。

明碼實價呢樣野,好多間診所都係架啦。除左 匡信/盈柏/尚然堂 有價目表貼出黎之外,其他都係連鎖模式既診所,例如你所提及既安心堂以及同系既正心堂啦,健福堂啦,和順堂啦,譽豐堂及同系既尚生堂啦,工聯會中醫診所啦,各大醫院或大學既附屬中醫診所等等,都一樣有收費表貼出黎架喎,只係收費形式唔同,優惠唔同咁啦。
另外請恕我直言,我覺得你個講法對所有中醫師有點不公道。你知道嘛,我係 匡信/盈柏/尚然堂 所遇到既中醫師,有一個特點,佢地唔會話其他中醫師唔好架。佢地只會默默咁幫助人。以我對佢地既了解,佢地都係好喜歡中醫呢個學科,真心覺得做中醫師真係幫到人,每一個中醫師都有獨特之處,都對病情有佢地自己專業既看法。我試過係匡信其中一個醫師面前話朋友睇果個醫師乜乜乜,醫師話我唔可以咁樣話其他醫師架,大家都係中醫同業,佢唔希望病人(即係話緊我啦)說佢既同業不是,大家睇法唔同用既方法唔同唔代表人地唔好架,大家都係不斷學習架。佢話選擇左做一個中醫師,好希望中醫呢個行業會發展得好好呢!就算今日未發展得好好,都希望將來會好!
我個人睇法,係香港呢個咁細地方,雖然好多人睇中醫,但中醫仲未能成為主流,政府投放係推廣中醫既資源唔夠,競爭大,做一個中醫師無論幾叻都搵唔到大錢架啦。真係好鍾意中醫呢個學科真心想做中醫師幫人先會咁笨入行做中醫師架啦。無論係 匡信/盈柏/尚然堂 好,你所提及既安心堂又好,其他中醫診所又好,醫師自己出黎開既診所都好,都係一個比醫師應診既地方,只係大家既經營理念有所不同咁啦。有d 醫師會轉工,有d醫師會走黎走去,會去唔同診所應診,咁又點可以話邊一間診所既醫師最叻最有料最好架呢。一個醫師好唔好,要由病人本身去感受,由病人去選擇架!邊個醫師對自己最好最幫到自己,只有病人本身先係最清楚架!

回覆刪除我而家更加肯定我自己的選擇,匡信/盈柏/尚然堂 平凡得黎有實力,醫師們,姑娘們,佢地班後勤都好努力。佢地之間無神醫,只有平凡的仁醫。一個疫情,我又向佢地創辦人學到野,遇到困難要積極解決,令我同自己同事之間相處得更好更團结。感恩識到佢地,陪我渡過好多難關,比我見到不同既故事,亦是對我既鼓勵。關關難過關關過,遇難越強,我還要向佢地多多學習,請多多指教!
